Webinar: Women's Health and HIV
On June 10, 2011, AIDS Alliance hosted a 90 minute webinar focusing on two critical yet often overlooked facets of total health and wellness for women: mental health, and spirituality. HIV can not be treated in a silo and requires that all aspects which make up a person’s wellbeing be addressed to maximize their quality of life. This webinar raises awareness and addresses the mental, physical and emotional needs of women of color affected by HIV/AIDS. This webinar will help to ensure that these factors are integrated in the care and treatment of women living with HIV.
